IssueSummary//Part shows 7.3hrs to put in. You can not put this peice in with out pulling the quaters out or cutting peice up because it sits behind and up into the quater panels.

ProcedureSteps//Get new panel and cut it into 3 sections a right, left and a center. once you have done that you can slide the sides up into the quaters then re-weld the center to the ends. once that is done you can start to weld the panel into the vehicle.

We have reviewed the OEM service procedure and using the February , 2010 data the system is showing 12.2hrs for full replacement or a partial at 8.4hrs, both before any overlap is applied.

Based on the service procedure we feel the labor times are sufficient to perform the neccessary operations whichever replacement operation is selected.
