IssueSummary//Current database labor time is only .8 to R&I a Bonded Glass. This is, in our opinion, not sufficient to R&I this piece of glass.

ProcedureSteps//Remove trim panels,cut glass out,trim urethane,fit glass,apply new urethane,prime channel.install glass

SuggestedAction//Please increase labor time to 2.2 hours. We have reviewed other data sources and found that 2.2 is in line with other data source labor times.
  		Estimated Fix May 10
We have reviewed the current OEM service procedure for the removal of the Glass, Tailgate
Heated (GN 0514). The R&I labor allowance has changed from 0.8 hours to 2.7 hours to reflect
the current OEM procedure. All times are before option conditioning or overlap considerations.
The change will appear on the May 2010 release.
