We have reviewed the OEM service procedure to remove the steering rack, without any transfer of parts, and our labor provides sufficient time to complete the necessary operations per this procedure. Review of the Audatex labor report when compared to the manufacturers procedure shows all operations are accounted for and are competitive within the industry.
