\'After review of the OEM replacement procedure for the Front Bumper, we have determined that the estimated work time of 2.2 hours applied to the Bumper Assembly overhaul operation is appropriate. For clarification, the following changes have been made:
1. An estimated work time of 0.1 hour has been applied to the Stay.
2. A footnote has been applied to the Stay that states: \'LABOR: Time is after the bumper cover is removed.\'
