Research Response: MOTOR stated:
After review, we have determined the current published estimated work time applied to the Side Panel is 8.5 hours/9.0 hours, not 7.5 hours as indicated by the customer. Depending on the side of the vehicle the repair is performed, the total estimated work time would be 10.5 hours (right) and 11.0 hours (left). Additionally, the following items are not included in the total estimated work time and would need to be added at the time the estimate is written:

1. Body Side Moldings
2. Brackets, Braces and Supports transfer
3. Emblems and Nameplates
4. Fuel Tank
5. Stripe Tape, Decals or Overlays
