After review, we have determined that the roof rack rivet nuts would typically be replaced in conjunction with the roof rack, and not as a stand-alone operation. Because the replacement of the roof rack rivet nuts as a stand-alone operation represents a rare collision scenario, an estimated work time or a footnote clarifying the operation is not required and is considered out of scope for MOTOR Collision Estimating Data.
