| Resolution | Thank you for your inquiry. CCC/MOTOR does not define what operations are included or not included in Scan related operations as there is NO labor time published to scan a vehicle in CCC/MOTOR Guides.
Any labor relating to scanning opreations as well as battery support would be an “ON THE SPOT EVALUATION” for labor and rate. |
