MOTOR feedback:  The two-tone application was intended for exterior surfaces only. If recessed areas must be prepped and precision masked, this would be an on-the-spot evaluation. The 1.5 hours allocated to the Quarter Panel is for the exterior surface only in the top portion of the Quarter panel. If the Roof Rail is being blended or refinished an on-the-spot evaluation would need to be performed to add an appropriate estimated work time.

Issue Summary Vehicle has two tone with specific instructions from Toyota for measurements.When selecting two tone option in CCC, the qtr panel refinish allows "Two tone" at 1.5 hrs. How much of the "Replacement" qtr is this 1.5 for and what does it include the time to measure & template out the two tone location in a complex way vs making a straight line on a body line as typically done on pick up trucks?two tone needs to extend on roof rail/ and hinge pillar, but database does not allow two tone option. Since this two tone extends into a portion of the aperature/ jamb, CCC does not allow proper selection.
Suggested Action Allow the two tone to be complete on the spot evaluation or correct database to proper account two tone for qtr, roof rail, hinge pillar.
