Issue Summary When replacing the fender, the H NOTES accounts for the required flexible foam application and time to cut the Fender away (foamed area). This area that is attached to the aperature panel is the REAR SEAL. I would also like to note that there are two options for these fenders, that the H-Notes points out. A fender with charge port door (to which that replacement labor is accounted for) and a Fender without the charge port door. The replacement labor time for the Fender (with and without charge port door) is 2.7 hours. The R&I time for a Fender (with charge port door) is 2.0 and Without is 1.8. Replacement operations should MIRROR that of the R&I operations in terms of what is being REMOVED AND INSTALLED so as per the H-Notes, when R&I of the component, that time is NOT INCLUDING the labor to cut away the fender from the foamed in area and re-apply the foam to the area when Re-installing.Please see attached documentation.
Suggested Action Please amend the R&I time to accurately reflect the repair procedures. The H-Notes only reflect the repair procedures when REPLACING THE COMPONENT. The R&I time needs to reflect the same procedures, as the operations are the same.
