Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE) users should follow the correct workflow when transferring glass from the original damaged liftgate to a new replacement liftgate.

DO select “add to transfer liftgate glass” from the labor-only operations. Doing so will allow additional published time to remove the original glass from the damaged gate.

DO NOT select the additional line to R&I glass when the liftgate is selected for replacement. Doing so will default both operations to “INCL”
