In DEG inquiry 18510, MOTOR updated the labor for lowering the headliner to NOT INCLUDED with the Roof Rack R&I labor. Both labor operations are now independent of each other, allowing the repairer to determine what specific parts and trim pieces need to be removed to lower or R&I the complete liner.
