Mitchell labor times represent labor tasks being performed in a collision repair facility equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, and performed by experienced technicians trained to complete a proper and safe repair in accordance with vehicle manufacturer repair procedures and expectations.

Repair time to adjacent panels damaged by drilling, cutting and removing a panel has been included to the extent that routine alignment or dollying of a panel is sufficient to straighten and align the area of the adjacent panel being joined with the replacement panel.

Not included would be any repair time to adjacent panels damaged by agressive removal of a damaged panel.
