Issue Summary We are being told by bill payer using Mitchell software that cost of performing equipment maintenance such as cleaning spray booths, replacing filters, replacing welding caps is all factored into published labor times for panel replacement or refinish times in Mitchell.
Suggested Action We would like to know if the published labor times account for performing equipment maintenance and the cost of those products or would that be a business decision factored away from labor time? Insurer believes the CEG addresses these considerations in the guides as included and factored into labor development by Mitchell.
