Proposed Resolution: MOTOR stated:
After review, “isolate High Voltage Battery” should not be assumed to be the same operation as “Deactivate/Activate High Voltage System” unless supported by the applicable OEM procedure. MOTOR’s Guide to Estimating advises following OEM safety precautions and OEM service repair information when disabling the high voltage electrical system before repairs. Any additional OEM required isolation checks, voltage verification, or repeated monitoring during repairs should be considered through an on-the-spot evaluation.

Issue Summary is isolate HV battery the same as deactivate and activate.shop stated isolate is different and requires shop to continually check for voltage during repairs. I didn't think that was needed if system is deactivated but wanted to confirm and get clarification.
