We are repairing Right fender for 2.0 hrs body. Insurance company states that materials associated with repairs are included in body repair time. I do not agree as the time to refinish a repaired fender is 2.0 base and .8 clearcoat. The time to refinish a new fender is 2.0 base and .8 clearcoat. A new fender, according to CCC P- Pages does not required priming.
